For Real Estate Agents

How do I add clients to my app?
To add clients on the Domii app, you will need to tap on the “my clients” button. From here, it will require you to enter the client’s phone number, and a request will be sent. The client must sign up for Domii using your invitation code in order to be linked to your account. You can also share through email, text, airdrop, etc., by using the “Share” button.
What does the “Clients” feature do?
A locked-in client will be able to see your team of professionals and agent header. Any requests your clients send – I.e., showings, request more info, home evaluation – will go directly to you. Your clients have the ability to share properties they’re interested in, and you can schedule a showing for that property right from the app. Domii allows you to send contracts and disclosures to clients that they can conveniently fill out right from their phone.

The Domii app also contains useful features for your clients to use during their home buying or selling process. With our client’s feature, communication is easier and more efficient. For additional information or tips and tricks for growing your business with Domii, please reach out to our customer service team.

How do I send Contracts and Disclosures?
To send contracts and disclosures, click the “My Forms” tab and select a client you’d like to send to. When the client is finished filling out the form, the document will say “completed”. You can then export, print, or save to your phone from there.
What does the “Teams” feature do?
With the “Teams” feature, you can add your favorite professionals to your profile, and they will be accessible to your clients. Click the “Teams” icon on your header to send invitation links to your pros of choice, and your clients can click on the “Teams” button if they need services. Professionals and Real Estate Agents can also receive leads from Domii’s general users by the “Find a Pro” feature in our toolbox.
What is the “Schedule Showings” button?
Clients have a “Schedule Showing” button to request showings for properties they’re interested in. Requests from clients are sent to Real Estate Agents; if a client is locked-in to an Agent, the request will be sent directly to them. Requests that are sent from a general user, not locked-in to a Real Estate Agent, will become a live lead. Read more on Live Leads in the “Leads” section.

When a locked in client sends a showing request to their Agent, Agents can then use their “Schedule Showing” button to make a showing appointment through our scheduling system. With a Real Estate Agent account, any properties listed with our scheduling system will have a “Schedule Showing” button. If you’ve listed a property with our scheduling system, you can make changes to your schedule, create a schedule, or schedule an appointment right from the Domii app. For further clarification of the “Schedule Showings” feature, please contact our customer service team to assist you.

What is “Instant Offer”?
Instant Offer allows your clients to make on offer on a home within seconds. To use this form, clients will fill out the required fields then send them back to you. It also further explains the home offer process and what is customary to the process – this includes offer amount, initial deposit, and any additional deposits needed. This information will never be shared publicly or with other Agents.
My client already has an account; how do we link together?
To link an existing Domii user to your Agent account, please contact customer support. In future updates, this will become possible without the assistance of our customer service team.
I already have a free consumer membership as a real estate agent, should I sign up with a real estate membership?
Yes! Having an agent account allows you to fully utilize all the tools Domii has in place to add efficiency to your business, and it allows for communication between you and your clients in a way that benefits both parties. In addition to these tools, you receive access to additional features such as Pre-Foreclosures and Lead Generation.

For Clients / General Users

What is “Valuemii”?
Valuemii is a service that uses a carefully constructed formula to determine the value of a property. Use this tool to ensure you are getting a fair estimate on a property you are interested in buying or selling.
What is “Instant Offer”?
Instant Offer allows you to make on offer on a home within seconds. To use this form, fill out the required fields, then send to your Real Estate Agent of choice. It also further explains the home offer process and what is customary – this includes offer amount, initial deposit, and any additional deposits needed.
What is “Pre Approval”?

What are Domii Notebooks?
Our notebooks were designed to assist you in keeping all property information, documents, or home inspection information safe and in one place. They were built as an easily accessible organization tool and can be referenced as you determine which home is right for you. Add photos, text, or voice notes as you walk through a property, or save important closing documents that can be accessed easily during tax season. Domii notebooks are a great option to keep your information safe in case documents or your phone is lost or broken – log in to another device where your saved notebook information will appear.
How does the Credit Report feature work?
With our credit report feature, fill out the requested information and submit. One of our Domii Bankers will email or call you with your credit information and can help you better understand your score if needed. This feature is always free!

For Professionals

How does the lead system work with Professionals?
Domii will reach out to the closest service provider based on GPS location. After 60 seconds, the lead will be sent to the next closest provider, however, all previous professionals will still have access to the lead until accepted. The lead notification will contain the address of the client and to receive additional contact information, click “accept” on your notification. Clicking “accept” locks the client to you and blocks the lead from being accepted by other service providers.
Can I lock in with more than one Real Estate Agent?
Yes! You can lock in with as many agents as you want. The more agents you lock in with, the more exposure to their clients you will get.
If I lock in to multiple Real Estate Agents, am I the first lead for my business for all of their clients?
Yes, you are! The lead will be sent to you first since you are locked in with their Real Estate Agent.
Do I need to be locked in with a Real Estate Agent to use this service?
No, you don’t! You can have a Domii Professional account with us and not be locked in with a realtor. Instead, you will be solely featured on the general professional roster. You will be notified of leads based off GPS, and clients will find you by using the “Find a Pro” feature of the app. You can gain more exposure for your business and have a higher chance of locking in more leads if you are locked in with a Real Estate Agent. Example) If you are locked in with a Real Estate Agent and you own a plumbing business, whenever a client of the locked in Real Estate Agent is in need of a plumber, you will be notified first.
What is the Domii’s general professional roster?
The general professional roster is available for those who want to have increased visibility in conjunction with leads from your Real Estate Agent. Domii consumers without a linked Agent can use our “Find a Pro” feature to find you this way – similarly to leads from your agent, there are no biases.

Leads

For BOTH Agents & Professionals

How will leads appear from the app when I receive one?
Leads will appear on your phone as a notification similar to other apps. Click on the notification, and you will be redirected to the Domii app where you will be prompted to accept or decline the lead. When receiving a lead, you will have access to the type of lead (showing request, home evaluation, etc.) and will be given the property address. Accept the lead to receive the clients’ contact information, and you can then reach out to the client at your earliest convenience.
How many professionals/Agents receive a lead at once?
Leads will be sent to one professional at a time. The closest professional to the client is the first to receive the lead, and if it’s not accepted within 60 seconds, it will be sent to the next closest professional.
How long do I have to accept a lead?
A lead is sent to a new professional every 60 seconds; however, the lead is available and does not leave your notification section until an Agent/professional accepts the request. To claim a lead, accept as soon as you see the notification.
How does the lead system work with Professionals?
The professional lead system works similarly to the Agent lead system. Consumers will click “Find a Pro”, and the nearest professional will receive the lead first. If you’re locked-in to an Agent, you will receive leads from their clients before the general professional roster. Accept the lead via app notification to have access to the client’s contact information. Once you’ve accepted a lead, please contact the client at your earliest convenience.

For Real Estate Agents

How do I get leads as a Real Estate Agent?
You will only receive leads for clients who are not already locked in with a Real Estate Agent on the app. You will also receive leads from your own clients if you’ve sent them a link to sign up with your personal Agent code. Please refer to “Clients” under “Domii Mobile App” for more information on sharing your app with clients.
What kind of leads do I receive as a real estate agent?
As an agent, you will receive leads for showing requests, home evaluation requests, or “learn more information” requests. You will also receive leads if a user requests an agent from the “Find a Pro” tool in our toolbox.

For Professionals

How do I receive leads as a Professional?
As a professional, you can receive leads in two ways. If you’re on an agent’s team, you will receive leads from their clients; when a Real Estate Agent has a team, client leads are only circulated through their team members rather than the general professional roster. In addition to leads from your team, you also have the opportunity to receive leads from general Domii users (without a linked agent) if clients use the “Find a Pro” feature.
Can I lock in with more than one Real Estate Agent?
Yes! You can lock in with as many agents as you want. Please contact customer service to lock in with more than one agent.
If I lock in to multiple Real Estate Agents, am I the first lead for my business for all of their clients?
Yes, you are! The lead will be sent to you first since you are locked in with their Real Estate Agent.

What is Domii's Scheduling System?
Domii’s Scheduling System is a free showing platform for Real Estate Agents to use. The platform allows Agents to create, edit, and schedule showings for their clients. The interface between Domii’s Scheduling System and domii allows for Agents to use Domii’s Scheduling System in its entirety in the Domii app.
This is my first time using Domii's Scheduling System, how do I schedule a showing?
To schedule a showing through Domii’s Scheduling System, click the pink Domii icon under the listing photo of the property you’d like to schedule for. You will be directed to a page that says “Enroll Now” if you have not used Domii before. Afterwards, you will be directed to a page that says, “Schedule Now.” Click that, and available dates will be shown by lighting icons on a calendar. If time slots say “Unavailable”, this means the time slot has been taken by other agents, or the listing agent does not wish to have appointments during that time. For a more detailed explanation, please refer to “Scheduling a showing as a Buyer Agent” below.
I’m trying to schedule a showing but the “Select a Time” page is blank.
This is most likely due to the internet browser you are using. If you are using Safari, try using Google Chrome. If this does not resolve your issue, please reach out to customer support.
I’m receiving the error message “Agent Not Found”. There are a few reasons why you may be receiving this message:

• You do not have an MLS membership

• You are a new Agent

• You have not listed a property yet on your MLS service

If you experience this message for one of the reasons above or for an unknown reason, please contact customer support for additional help.

The property I’d like to schedule has a message, “Property not found”. As the Listing Agent of the property:
Before creating a schedule, your property will need anywhere between 15-45 minutes to upload. Check back later if this is your first time creating a schedule for the property.

If your Buyer Agents see this message, your schedule has most likely expired. Please create a long enough showing schedule or go back and edit time frames if your schedule is close to completion.

The property I’d like to schedule has a message, “Property not found”. As the Buyer Agent of the property:
This is most likely due to the Listing Agent not setting their schedule up yet. If the listing was posted within the hour, check back later.

If the listing has been on the market for a while, this message is most likely due to the Listing Agent’s schedule expiring. Please contact Domii or the Listing Agent to update the schedule.

Using Domii’s Scheduling System as a Listing Agent

How do I get leads as a Real Estate Agent?
You will only receive leads for clients who are not already locked in with a Real Estate Agent on the app. You will also receive leads from your own clients if you’ve sent them a link to sign up with your personal Agent code. Please refer to “Clients” under “Domii Mobile App” for more information on sharing your app with clients.

How do I use Domii's Scheduling System as a Listing Agent?
In order to use Domii’s Scheduling System for your listing in MLS…

Add your listings to your MLS service and select the Domii icon from the showing service box before uploading your listing.

Once the listing is saved, search for the listing in the MLS system to set up your schedule.

On your listing, click the lightning icon or the domii icon.

You’ll then be navigated to Domii’s Scheduling System where your information will be auto populated.

You will then see the property recap, seller’s info, confirming showings, blackout dates, and additional showing instructions. Your seller will also be notified about showings (by seller’s preference)!

Submit any edits and your property will then be set up for Domii Showings!

Please allow for a 30-45 minute wait time for the property to register within the system, then you’ll see your listing using Domii’s Scheduling System. If you don’t see it before the suggested time, you may see a message that says, “This property is not set up for Domii’s Scheduling System showing yet”.

Once a buyer agent schedules a showing, you will receive confirmation emails and texts. The confirmation messages will be sent to both the listing agent and the seller. You can cancel any appointments, if need be, by clicking the “cancel” links in your confirmation messages.

*Please note: You will only go through the enroll process once.

Can Listing Agents edit their showing schedule?
Yep! You can go back into the platform and edit your available appointments at any time. You can edit after initial set-up by follow these steps:

Find your listing on your MLS system of choice

Click the Domii lightning icon under your listing

You will be redirected to a page that says “edit”.

Click this, and you can edit any dates/times/info that needs to be changed

*Note: You must be acting as the Listing Agent in order to edit the schedule.

What showing features do Listing Agents have access to?
Listing Agents are able to create a showing schedule that is convenient for their seller.

Here are some key features they have access to when setting up Domii’s Scheduling System:

• Create a showing start date and end date.

• Create specific dates and times for the showing to be made available for appointments.

• Create showings from 8AM – 9PM, 7 days a week

• Create an additional form of contact for the seller to be notified about property showings.

Give the Seller three options for Showings:

• Accept/Decline showings via text/email

• Allow instant showings

• Receive calls by customer care to confirm ALL showings

*Please note: Our Customer Care team will not call to notify buyer agents of showing information regardless of which option you choose. All notifications of showing instructions will be given via text and email alerts. If you’d like Customer Care to call and inform Buyer Agents of showing instructions, please reach out to the team to share your request.

Using Domii’s Scheduling System as a Buyer Agent

How do I use Domii's Scheduling System as a Buyer Agent?
As a Buyer Agent, you can only use this service if the listing agent has selected Domii as their showing platform. Once the listing has been created and set up using Domii’s Scheduling System, you can create appointments for your clients. Click on the lightning rod (or Domii logo) under the desired property to create a showing appointment.
Is there a fee for using Domii's Scheduling System?
Domii’s Scheduling System is a free showing platform for Real Estate Agents to use. If you’d like to schedule from the app, you do not need a Pro Membership Plan to do so.
Will my seller’s information be made public?
Absolutely not! The seller’s information is always confidential and is only shared between themselves and their listing agent.
What if my seller doesn’t want to be contacted about showing appointments?
If the seller does not want to be contacted about showing appointments, the Real Estate Agent can opt to put their contact information in “Seller’s Information” fields.
